Who operates this site
FBAR HQ is operated by Iterative Systems LLC and Chip Moreno. “We,” “us,” and “FBAR HQ” refer to the site operator in this policy. You can contact us through the inquiry page.
Information the inquiry form collects
The public form requests your name, email address, country of residence, desired service, filing timing, reporting year or years, approximate account-count band, a brief message, and acknowledgment of the inquiry and privacy terms. It also includes a hidden anti-spam field.
We use this information to read and respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether a requested service may be a fit, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship.
Information you must not submit
Do not put Social Security numbers, taxpayer-identification numbers, account numbers, financial-institution names, exact balances, bank statements, tax returns, passport or identity-document details, passwords, or documents in the public form. The form has no upload feature. If a matter is accepted, you will receive separate instructions for any private information legitimately needed for the service.
Web3Forms processes form submissions
The form submits directly from your browser to Web3Forms. Web3Forms acts as a service provider and data processor for the form fields, anti-spam signals, and related technical information needed to screen and deliver the message to our configured inbox. Your submission is also subject to Web3Forms’ privacy and security practices. Review the Web3Forms privacy policy before submitting if you need more detail.
Vercel hosts this website
Vercel hosts and delivers fbarhq.com. Like other hosting providers, Vercel may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security or performance logs necessary to operate and protect the service. Review the Vercel privacy policy for its practices.
No site analytics or advertising trackers at launch
FBAR HQ does not install Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights, advertising pixels, behavioral profiling tools, or conversion-event trackers in this version of the site. The site has no public client account, payment checkout, scheduler, or document portal. Infrastructure and form providers may still use essential technical mechanisms and logs to provide and secure their services.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed by providers that help host the site, screen and deliver the form, operate email, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. These providers may process data in countries different from yours.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, address disputes or abuse, and meet legal obligations. Actual retention can depend on the inquiry, email systems, provider backups, and an accepted engagement. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, which is why the public form deliberately excludes sensitive financial records.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. You may contact us through the site to request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, subject to identity verification and any recordkeeping or legal obligations. The rights available to you can depend on where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The reviewed date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
